Cesar obtained his Masters in Education in 2019 from Arizona State University. He has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for over 7 years. Cesar has worked with a vast clientele focusing primarily on children and adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the home, school, and community.

For years, Cesar has worked alongside children and adolescents as a behavior therapist. Cesar then worked as a clinical supervisor overseeing program implementation and treatment integrity. With the experience gained working in the field of ABA firsthand alongside volunteering in art programs for children in low-income areas, child education programs, and afterschool programs, Cesar now trains new incoming behavior therapists. Cesar has designed a training program based on the needs of new clinicians that will better support new incoming therapists; thereby resulting in high quality services for the clients and their families.
